The location of the apartment is exceptional! It's right in front of the beach and next to all the wonderful restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and supermarkets. Our apartment was both pool and beach facing and we had a private jacuzzi right in front of our door! The staff is very cooperative and helpful. They even packed our breakfast in advance as we had an early morning flight on the day of our check-out! Our stay couldn't be any better! We loved it!
The service was amazing on par with high end hotels. Property was beautiful in amazing location. You feel personally taken care of as owner Nikos and his team is on floor all day smiling. Breakfast on the beach was great. Highly recommended.
We liked everything: the location (just beside the beach), the rich and tasty breakfast with perfect service, the clean and comfortable and well maintained apartment, the nice beach, the pool and the bar beside it. Very helpful and extremely friendly staff.

Very very helpful and flexible staff including management team, waiters and cleaning lady. Christina was able to fulfill any requests regarding airport taxi car rental and more…The pool area is very pretty and on the other side of the property there is the beach :-)

Absolutely everything. This was home away from home with all the cares, needs, and wants being met. As a solo traveler, safety and convenience are a must for me. This property offered it all and beyond. From arrival, Kostas, Yennie, and Nikos provided a warm and meticulous welcome. They are friendly, yet professional. The family suite with a sea view was exactly what I had in mind for this relaxing vacation. I enjoyed the time relaxing in the privacy of the balcony tub, but I could still see the scenery. The beds were comfortable, and the AC unit worked exceptionally well. I like my room at ~19c/69F. I was able to explore the island all around thanks to their great location. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. However, the property sits in a spot that is tranquil. My transfers were arranged at the reception. The transfer companies were timely. Kudos to Katerina at the breakfast area, who added a personal touch remembering my name and my food preferences every day. The breakfast area is located in a shaded section by the water, uncrowded and with very comfortable seating. Breakfast meals were fresh and with a variety for everyone.
In addition to its position right by the beach & sea it’s close proximity to all amenities made for a very relaxing holiday. The bonus for us was the exceptional service provided by all the staff. From the frontline on reception very professional and accommodating to the team manning the bar and restaurant, especially at breakfast time in the morning, with a ready smile and nothing too much trouble. A very family orientated environment geared to making sure you had an enjoyable Holiday, which we did . The personal touch makes all the difference which the large commercial Hotels fail to achieve. If you’re visiting Santorini I would highly recommend Nissia apartments for your stay. Great location with warm and friendly welcoming staff throughout. You are always greeted with a smile from the team and they gave us some really good recommendations for places to eat and see in the local area, nothing was too much trouble. Exceptionally clean and well run venue.
