The service was amazing on par with high end hotels. Property was beautiful in amazing location. You feel personally taken care of as owner Nikos and his team is on floor all day smiling. Breakfast on the beach was great. Highly recommended.
We had the top floor room o drooling the beach and pool and it was gorgeous! We ended everyday with a glass of wine and watching the sea and pedestrian boulevard. The hotel was exactly as advertised, fantastic location from the beach to the walkable hikes, and a very large included breakfast which they boxed up for us everyday when we couldn’t finish it. The staff was very helpful and patient, helped us make reservations locally and helped us track down a rental car company we had made our own reservations with. AC worked very well but only needed at night, and they provided an array of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and shower gel. The pool was beautiful, walk-in capable for all my little kiddos and we had no safety worries. None of the water was heated but still lovely. The 100ft walk to the beach was across a pedestrian walk so my kids could do it themselves, and the chairs and umbrellas provided were perfect and not crowded. Short walk to multiple markets which we went to daily, and the town bus stop which we used twice- very easy and the front desk will walk you through that process. Buses were easier than we expected. Great shopping, restaurants and cute little mini-golf all less than 5 min walk from hotel.
Absolutely everything. This was home away from home with all the cares, needs, and wants being met. As a solo traveler, safety and convenience are a must for me. This property offered it all and beyond. From arrival, Kostas, Yennie, and Nikos provided a warm and meticulous welcome. They are friendly, yet professional. The family suite with a sea view was exactly what I had in mind for this relaxing vacation. I enjoyed the time relaxing in the privacy of the balcony tub, but I could still see the scenery. The beds were comfortable, and the AC unit worked exceptionally well. I like my room at ~19c/69F. I was able to explore the island all around thanks to their great location. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. However, the property sits in a spot that is tranquil. My transfers were arranged at the reception. The transfer companies were timely. Kudos to Katerina at the breakfast area, who added a personal touch remembering my name and my food preferences every day. The breakfast area is located in a shaded section by the water, uncrowded and with very comfortable seating. Breakfast meals were fresh and with a variety for everyone.
