Fantastic hotel on the ocean front with pool. Superb friendly staff. Great air conditioned room. Hig
Loved it here. The room was spacious and had super air conditioning. Bed was comfy and bathroom/shower was good too. The hotel location was great, right on the beach just over the walkway promenade where the many bars and restaurants are located (however, there was no noise from these at this hotel - but they are close by for convenience). The pool was great and the free sunbeds on the beach were a nice touch. The sea was so much fun, swimming here then only having to walk 30 steps back to the pool was so good.
Breakfast was tasty with a decent choice offered. The staff were one of the highlights, they made us feel like family and welcomed us with a smile and fantastic service 24/7. The hotel arranged our airport taxis and also taxis to Santo Wines and Oia, all on time and very friendly. We definitely will be coming back.... ++

Of coarse the location is the reason we booked the Nissia; but the best part of staying here is the staff. You could not ask for a better group of people from the front desk, restaurant/bar to housekeeping they are most accommodating and the friendliness people I’ve met. If you’re looking for a great place to vacation pick the Nissia in Santorini. Cheers and job well done!

Service with a smile and plenty of sun, sea & relaxation in lovely surroundings!
In addition to its position right by the beach & sea it’s close proximity to all amenities made for a very relaxing holiday. The bonus for us was the exceptional service provided by all the staff. From the frontline on reception very professional and accommodating to the team manning the bar and restaurant, especially at breakfast time in the morning, with a ready smile and nothing too much trouble. A very family orientated environment geared to making sure you had an enjoyable Holiday, which we did . The personal touch makes all the difference which the large commercial Hotels fail to achieve. Thank you all we will return!... ++
